Can-Am Autoglass is responsible for this Site and is either the owner or an authorized user of all information, applications, text, images, graphics, photos, animations, music, sounds, and other content featured on the Site, as well as any related code provided through it. This includes any modifications, updates, upgrades, copies, derivative works, enhancements, or customizations (collectively referred to as the "Materials"). This also covers all global patents, patent applications, inventions, copyrights, works, trademarks, trade names, service marks, trade secrets, rights of publicity, and other intellectual or proprietary rights associated with the Materials, along with any relevant registrations and applications. All rights not explicitly granted to you in this agreement are expressly reserved for Can-Am Autoglass or its affiliates or licensors.
Can-Am Autoglass grants you a limited license, which cannot be sublicensed, to access and utilize the Site for legal purposes only. The Materials may not be used, copied, republished, incorporated into another website, or reproduced, transmitted, distributed, adapted, made public, uploaded, posted, or used for creating derivative works or exploited in any other way without the explicit written permission of Can-Am Autoglass or its licensors.
